快报讯（记者季雨）网约车违停候客、临停下客、缓行等客，在路上你是否经常遇到这种情况？现代快报记者了解到，自年11月15日起，南京江宁首个网约车电子围栏将上岗，随意上下客将被罚元记3分。
为缓解百家湖商圈道路拥堵，有效引导车辆和乘车人减少对交通秩序的影响，进一步加强对百家湖商圈“网络预约出租车”（以下简称网约车）的规范化管理，经研究决定，江宁交警大队在百家湖商圈严管路段开展“电子围栏”试点工作。
对百家湖金鹰和景枫商贸区周边道路，即双龙大道（白龙桥路——天元西路）、天元西路（佳湖东路——双龙大道）、旺湖街、兴湖街、佳湖东路（白龙桥路——天元西路）组成道路启用网路“电子围栏”禁止车辆违法停车上下客，禁止乘客在相关路段上预约乘车。
电子围栏上岗后，乘客可在双龙大道（景枫路段辅道）、旺湖街、佳湖东路路段上下车。
不仅如此，为了有效地缓解百家湖商圈路段拥堵情况，还将在百家湖商圈周边道路加装黑光探头，进行限时1分钟上下车的监控拍摄，规范车辆运行。江宁区交管部门提醒广大驾驶人，服从现场执勤人员的管理，听取劝导和告知；建议乘客去指定地点上车；鼓励倡导市民使用公交、地铁、绿色出行方式到百家湖商圈
